At Char Chaand, every piece is crafted exclusively on a made-to-order basis. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production to maintain our commitment to quality and timely delivery.
Order Confirmation
We request all customers to place orders with complete certainty. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
No Cancellations or Returns
As each garment is made specifically for you, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.
Exception – Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this timeframe will not be accepted. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.
