Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Char Chaand, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation within 24 Hours:

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund. Kindly contact our customer service team as soon as possible through email or phone to initiate the cancellation process.

b. Cancellation after 24 Hours:

Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% cancellation fee, which covers administrative and processing costs. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed after deducting this fee.

c. Cancellation of Customized or Personalized Orders:

Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun, as they are crafted exclusively to your specifications.

2. Refund Policy

a. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated after approval and processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

b. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Our team will assist you through the process.

c. Refunds for Discounted or Sale Items:

Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

3. Exchange & Return Policy

a. Size Exchange:

We offer size exchange for eligible products if the size does not fit as expected. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

b. Non-Returnable Items:

Accessories such as Button Sets, Potlis, Pocket Squares, and Trio Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched unless there is a manufacturing defect. Gift certificates and customized products are also non-returnable.

4. International Orders & Refunds

a. Cancellation of International Orders:

International orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once dispatched. If a damaged or defective item is received, we will assist with an exchange.

b. Refunds for International Orders:

Refunds do not include duties or taxes paid by the customer. Restocking fees may apply:
USA: $50 + Import Duty
Europe (excluding UK): €45 + Import Duty
United Kingdom: £40 + Import Duty
