Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are shipped via Shiprocket or our local courier partners and are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and typically delivers within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 business days from dispatch and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business weeks from the date they are placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email via Shiprocket or the relevant courier partner’s website.
Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (India): Free standard shipping on all orders.
International Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹30,000 (or US $200 for USA). Charges for orders below this value will be calculated at checkout.
Insurance and Responsibility
All shipments are insured until delivered to your address. A signature is required upon delivery. Once signed, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a third party receives the order, their signature will serve as proof of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns.Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for details. In rare approved returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Damages and Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Taxes and Duties
For Indian Customers: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
For International Customers: Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered and signed for.
