At Char Chaand, each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted in limited quantities. We request you to review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made at Char Chaand are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

We do not offer refunds on products once sold.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags intact.

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchange & Store Credit

As we maintain limited inventory and exclusive designs, certain sizes or styles may not always be available. In such cases:

• The product may be exchanged for another available piece, or
• The full amount paid will be issued as store credit, which can be redeemed on your next purchase with Char Chaand.

Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

In rare and exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be processed within 15–20 working days in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Third-Party Purchases

This policy applies only to purchases made directly with Char Chaand. Products purchased through third-party sellers or external platforms will be subject to their respective return and exchange policies.
