At Char Chaand, most of our garments are made-to-order and handcrafted with precision. Given the bespoke nature of our creations, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations
All orders are considered final once placed. We request you to carefully review your selections and details before completing your purchase, as cancellations or modifications will not be possible thereafter.
Refunds
Char Chaand does not offer refunds on any orders, whether domestic or international.
Damaged or Defective Pieces
